Beautiful deep purple red color. The nose is intense, greedy and powerful. The red fruits such as the cherry, the currant are very recognizable then the spices dominate a beautiful finish. The mouth is supple and greedy, well balanced and has a very nice length. The tannins are fine. The garrigue and its very personal notes underline a fruity and elegant palate. A vintage and a blend that perfectly evokes our vision of red Languedoc: a Mediterranean style, a gourmet wine, a pleasant, fruity and sunny wine.

Now drinking perfectly the 70% Merlot gives a soft plushness with flavours of black cherries and blackberries. The remainder of the blend is Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, which adds structure and and earthy complexity.

Red pepper and sweet paprika and strawberries. Lots of tangy taut fire-engine-red juiciness, with a bit of cinnamon and caraway dustiness. Lip-smacking. Forthright quite fibrous tannins – very much out to compete with the fruit, although not quite ousting it from centre stage. There's a bit of sass to this wine.

The Wine Merchant (November 2020)
An exuberant cremant that wants to get the party started, this 100% Chardonnay, with a good solid structure. The first flavour you notice is unmistakably citrus- perhaps even sherbet lemons- but there's a deeper undercurrent of almonds and marzipan. Treat it seriously or just enjoy it- it's great value either way.

This is a generous and gentle style of Blanc de Blancs, creamy on the nose, with hints of honey and acacia, a delicate beeswax filigree character. There's a sweetness on the palate, very ripe yellow plum and peach, but zippy lemon soon asserts, giving a relatively soft and crowd-pleasing style, with decent length and without doubt a harmonious balance.  See all stockists on wine-searcher.com.

"Chocolaty in flavor and mouthfilling in texture, this richly tannic wine is packed with black fruits, dark chocolate, vanilla and toasted almonds. It comes from a specialist in Spanish grape varieties."

This is a polished Cab that showcases Coonawarra's regional personality with characters like mint, blue and purple fruit and pencil shavings, all backed by chocolate, vanilla and toasty oak. There are bundles of tangy fruit in the mouth, wound by powerful, drying tannins and a spicy note to the finish. If drinking now, have protein and decanter at hand, or ideally wait until 2035.
